Are you the go-to expert when machines won’t cooperate?

If diagnosing elusive faults and translating schematics into action is your specialty, this role puts your skills at center stage.

• Can you move confidently between electrical systems and supporting pneumatics/hydraulics using temperature and pressure gauges to guide troubleshooting?
• Do you design or refine analog and digital circuits, using microprocessor hardware and software configurations to solve real production challenges?
• Are you fluent in PLC basics and advanced ladder logic—able to read/write wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to pinpoint issues quickly?
• Will you step up to lead installation and upgrade projects for electrical and electronic systems?
• Can you connect power supply wiring to machines and equipment, and tie in cables/wires between equipment safely and cleanly?
• Do you excel at diagnosing and fixing complex machine, electrical, and electronic failures—including non-routine power quality problems?
• Are you comfortable assembling electrical components to spec and bench testing them before they’re installed?
• Can you read, interpret, draw, and update electrical schematics and drawings without missing a detail?
• Will you plan wiring layouts and install conduit, wiring, and ancillary equipment to code and best practice?
• Are you able to install power supply wiring and conduit—and then troubleshoot whatever pops up on start-up?
• Do you use root cause analysis to make sound, actionable recommendations?
• Can you lead process improvement efforts and collaborate on cross-functional project teams?
• Do you thrive on advanced, complex troubleshooting when production is counting on you?

• At least five years repairing and diagnosing electrical equipment or machinery, or equivalent capabilities gained through trade school/training.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and draft wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints, coupled with strong analytical diagnostic skills.
• Solid command of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Expert knowledge spanning electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and temperature/pressure instrumentation.
• Advanced understanding of industrial controls and instrumentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a track record of solving complex technical problems.
• Capability to implement PLC changes using advanced ladder logic and to analyze issues via wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
