Overview


In this role, responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate vehicle lien perfection. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They will possess a broad understanding of auto purchase and lending processes.


Responsibilities

• Proficient in California title processing/lien perfection
• Responsible for the management of assigned branch loan files, which may include escalated member and team member calls
• Assists with the research and resolution of complex DMV title problems
• Represents Patelco at DMV Field Offices
• Recommends to management solutions to title issues.
• Works with DMV, Dealers, and other financial institutions to effectively resolve member situations.
• Provides training to new team members
• May assist with department reporting and projects as required
• Meets and occasionally exceeds goals
• Thorough understanding of policy & procedures related to area of responsibility
• Works under general supervision with limited decision-making authority within established guidelines
• Support management decisions and implement directives as required
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be a team player who demonstrates flexibility in achieving the goals of the department

Qualifications

• 2 Year Degree Preferred
• 2+ Years Vehicle Title Experience
• Proficient typist - 35 WPM
• Previous Customer Service Experience required
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player who demonstrates flexibility in achieving the goals of the department

Target Base Pay

$29 / hr
