PBGH is currently seeking a Product Development Intern

The Product Development Intern will learn the following responsibilities:

Organize and traffic incoming /outgoing development samples.
Maintain & track key milestone sample dates.
Help maintain product development cost sheet to ensure that financial goals are being met.
Assist in the management of sample images needed for Market line books.
Learn to review product samples for design accuracy, quality & functionality.
Review & organize product profile sheets.
Assist in completion of account product knowledge sheets
Ability to understand development timeline & necessary milestones to achieve end goal.
Ability to recognize potential cost issues and ways to resolve
Understand the role of product development and how we work cross-functional with Merchandising & Design
Ability to resolve design & costing issues during the development process
Understand how to create a development calendar based on project end goal & necessary steps to meet this targeted date
