Senior Project Architect

Overview We are seeking an experienced architectural professional with a strong background in project leadership, client engagement, and team development. The ideal candidate will lead complex architectural projects, oversee multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and build strong long-term client relationships. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management capability, and strong communication skills to successfully deliver high-quality projects across institutional and commercial markets. Required Qualifications 12–15 years of experience in architecture, architectural project management, or technical design leadership Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams from concept/design through construction completion Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships Experience delivering projects within Higher Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Corporate, or other institutional markets Strong understanding of architectural design processes, project delivery methods, design coordination, and construction documentation Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline Professional portfolio required for architecture-focused candidates Preferred Skills Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop architects, designers, and project team members Experience expanding client relationships and identifying opportunities for future project work Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining project quality and client satisfaction Collaborative leadership style with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional coordination Success Profile The ideal candidate is a seasoned architectural leader who combines technical depth with exceptional interpersonal skills.
