Compensation: Hourly Rate plus Commission & Bonus ($40,000 - $70,000 annually) Responsibilities Include: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services while providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance and financial services options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals. Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Requirements: Dedicated to customer service Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) Self-motivated Able to obtain Property and Casualty License Able to obtain a Life/Health License Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs My Training Program Includes: Licensing Assistance Job shadowing and training with experienced representatives Product knowledge & sales training courses Developing sales skills to market insurance products Setting sales and growth goals Working closely with the agent and management to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics BENEFITS: Uncapped commission opportunity Monthly bonus opportunities Travel promotion opportunity Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
