Branch ManagerJoin Johnstone Supply | Balsan Group and lead a high-performing branch where you'll drive sales growth, develop a strong team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced HVAC distribution environment.What We Offer:Competitive pay + bonus opportunityHealth, dental, vision, and prescription insurance401(k) with company matchPTO earned immediately + paid holidaysCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Do:Branch Leadership & SalesDrive branch sales performance and local growth strategiesBuild strong relationships with HVAC contractors and key accountsPartner with outside sales to support customer developmentTeam ManagementHire, train, and lead counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teamsCoach employees and build a strong customer-focused cultureManage scheduling and branch coverageOperations & InventoryOversee daily branch operations, safety, and service standardsManage inventory levels, cycle counts, and product availabilityCoordinate with purchasing and logistics teamsFinancial PerformanceManage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performanceTrack KPIs and identify opportunities for improvementCustomer ServiceResolve customer issues and serve as escalation point when neededSupport counter operations during peak periodsWhat We're Looking For:3+ years HVAC industry experience (distribution preferred)2+ years leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC products and contractor needsExperience with ERP/POS systems (Eclipse or similar)Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and support warehouse operationsWhat Makes You a Great Fit:Hands-on leader who leads by exampleStrong communicator and team builderOrganized, accountable, and results-drivenComfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
