Enterprise IT Support Specialist - Federal Deskside

NuAxis, LLC is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to provide remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, and tools. You will own, track, troubleshoot, and document incidents, escalate where needed, and contribute to improving service delivery through established procedures.
The role requires a high school diploma, HDI Analyst Certification within 10 days, and CompTIA A+ within 90 days, with preferred Bachelor’s and Microsoft certifications.
