For over 75 years, Flexline powered by Tipco has been a trusted manufacturer of specialty hose assemblies serving industries such as aerospace, pharmaceutical, and industrial resale. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking skilled Welders to join our team and help us deliver precision, quality, and legendary service.
Position Overview
This is a production TIG welding role working primarily with stainless steel and carbon steel materials. Ideal candidates bring a strong eye for detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a collaborative spirit. All applicants will complete a welding skills assessment as part of the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel and thicker stainless/carbon steel materials.
- Collaborate with fabricators and fellow welders to meet production goals.
- Monitor and adjust welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished welds visually to confirm accuracy and quality standards.
- Safely operate hand and power tools commonly used in welding.
- Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience or completion of an accredited welding program (recent certification acceptable).
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
