Job Title : Maintenance Technician (Multiple Levels - A, B, & C) - Food Manufacturing
Job Location: Linden NJ

Job Description:

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians at multiple skill levels (A, B, and C) for our facility in [Location]. These roles offer a great opportunity for candidates with different levels of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair.

Responsibilities (Vary by Level):

• Tech A : Lead complex maintenance projects, supervise techs, and perform advanced troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Food manufacturing experience is required

• Tech B : Troubleshoot automation systems, electrical/mechanical components, and assist with preventive maintenance. Food manufacturing experience is a plus

• Tech C : Perform routine maintenance, assist in troubleshooting, and support facility operations. Food manufacturing experience is nice to have but not required

Qualifications:

• Tech A : 3+ years of food manufacturing maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting, supervisory skills.

• Tech B : 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with automation and controls. Food manufacturing experience is preferred

• Tech C : High school diploma/GED, & 1+ years in industrial maintenance, mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn. Food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
