Concierge

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, delivering a professional and welcoming workplace experience. This role supports workplace operations, meeting and event coordination, employee services, and facilities administration while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
• Escort visitors as needed and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Provide recommendations and assistance regarding local amenities and services.
• Support employee access requests and resolve access card issues.
• Coordinate with Security and Technology teams on building access matters.
• Follow all site-specific security and emergency procedures.
• Notify appropriate parties regarding safety, security, or emergency concerns.
• Receive, manage, and distribute incoming deliveries and packages.
• Process workplace service requests and administrative tasks.
• Maintain mail and package tracking and volume audits.
• Provide general support to Workplace Experience and Facilities teams.
• Coordinate meeting room setups and resets.
• Arrange catering delivery and event support services.
• Ensure conference rooms are prepared before meetings.
• Perform post-meeting cleanup and room restoration.
• Clean reusable kitchen and dining items.
• Load and unload dishwashers.
• Restock food, beverages, and workplace supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of marketplace and pantry areas.
• Ensure employee-facing amenities remain fully stocked and operational.
• Conduct routine and monthly workplace inspections.
• Replenish first aid supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Verify AED readiness and maintain inspection logs.
• Ensure safety equipment and workplace amenities are compliant and functional.
• Monitor workplace supply inventory and order replenishments as needed.
• Respond professionally to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Provide timely solutions with a customer-focused approach.
• Resolve routine and complex workplace issues.
• Build positive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Support team objectives and workplace experience initiatives.
• Demonstrate Client RISE values in daily interactions.
• Lead by example and promote best workplace practices.
• Collaborate with related teams to achieve operational goals.
• Help build consensus and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, hospitality, concierge, workplace experience, facilities, or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
