Job Description

As a Receptionist at Park 6 Logistics, you will help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily administrative needs of the office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

You will work closely with different departments to help maintain smooth communication and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide professional front-desk assistance
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
• Support administrative tasks, document preparation, and data entry
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Coordinate communication between departments when necessary
• Assist the team with general office operations and special projects
• Handle information with professionalism and discretion
