Pharmacy Operations Lead Rep. - Express Scripts - Onsite

Job Responsibilities Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.—to unload trucks and stock the warehouse/pharmacy. Use ORACLE and SAFIRE applications to set up new drugs, make internal moves, and pull up drug velocity. Have Outlook experience and ability to give ever-changing directions to the team. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Basic math, organization, computer, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ORACLE and SAFIRE applications preferred. Ability to perform repetitive bending, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and hand motions. Able to lift 50 lbs. Experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse preferred. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes and business needs. Ability to read and differentiate small print. Team-oriented with demonstrated ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Process improvement skills demonstrated. Independent work ability and ability to complete tasks as required. Must be able to stand, lift, and/or bend for periods of time. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload must be provided. Shift Mon-Thurs; 2:30 PM - 1 AM.
