At SimonMed, the Operations Lead is a hands‑on leader responsible for the daily performance of an imaging center. This role ensures efficient workflows, strong patient access, and consistent execution across front office and clinical coordination functions. Serving as the operational backbone of the site, this leader partners closely with staff, providers, and leadership to resolve issues in real time, improve processes, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Operational leadership mindset: You confidently guide daily priorities, support staff, and keep the site running smoothly and efficiently. Strong analytical and organizational skills: You review worklists and reports, monitor performance trends, and use data to identify gaps and improve workflows. Calm under pressure: You manage competing operational demands while maintaining focus on patient flow, accuracy, and service quality. Detail and compliance focus: You ensure accuracy in exam status tracking, documentation, payment collection workflows, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards. Hands‑on coaching approach: You provide real‑time support, guidance, and issue resolution while helping staff stay aligned and accountable. Continuous improvement mindset: You identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and support process improvements in collaboration with leadership.
