PRN 3rd shift Hospital Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a casual/PRN hospital phlebotomist for 3rd shift hours (10:30pm–7:00am) at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama. The role involves drawing blood specimens, processing samples, entering patient data, and providing customer service to support diagnostic testing operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other diagnostics
- Enter patient information and process billing data accurately and promptly
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain detailed information logs
- Deliver customer service and complete administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
- Proven customer service track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass color blindness test
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
