Recruiting Manager at Octagon Professional Recruiting A growing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and inspire a team of 3-4 Staff/Senior level professionals. This role is ideal for an upbeat professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and has a passion for developing people and processes as the company scales. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and collaboration. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business growth and efficiency. Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
