Job Details Job Location: 412 - New York, NY 10128 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 Hourly Job Location: New York, NY Position Type: Part time; 30-35 hours per week; Benefits eligible Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 Hourly Position Summary The 412 Squash Association Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility and its programs. This position is responsible for managing schedules, court bookings, registrations, billing, member communications and customer service inquiries while assisting with program administration, events and facility operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for members, students, families, coaches and guests, the Operations Coordinator helps create a welcoming and positive experience for all participants while supporting the continued growth of 412 Squash. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms and Calendar. Proficiency using Canva to create professional communications, flyers and marketing materials. Ability to learn and utilize registration, scheduling, and membership management systems. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, sound judgment and a strong work ethic. Commitment to providing exceptional service to students, families, members, guests and school partners. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, education, athletics, recreation, hospitality or membership-based organizations. Experience with ClubLocker, Playbypoint or similar scheduling and membership management platforms. Experience supporting website updates and digital communications. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. Knowledge of squash or racquet sports is a plus. Passion for youth development, athletics, health, wellness and community engagement. Required Certifications & Compliance AED/First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Completion of sexual harassment prevention and mandated reporter training. Successful completion of all required background checks. Verification of eligibility to work in the United States. Work Schedule This is a year-round, part-time role requiring 30 to 35 hours per week and is fully eligible for benefits. Weekend coverage is an essential function of the role. The regular work schedule is generally Thursday through Sunday, with the Operations Coordinator serving as a primary on-site representative during peak facility operating hours. Thursday and Friday: approximately 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: approximately 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Actual hours may vary based on programming, tournaments, camps, special events, school activities and facility needs. Evening, holiday and occasional additional hours may be required. Candidates must be available to work weekends on a consistent basis and be comfortable serving as the primary operational point of contact during periods of high member and program activity.
