The ideal candidate will anticipate the needs of the surgical team, maintain a sterile field during procedures, and assist in surgeries. This position requires a High School diploma, completion of a Scrub Technician Program, and two years of relevant experience. The role mandates effective communication and familiarity with medical terminology.
