Travel Advisor

Providing travel services for business travelers, the full-time remote Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services while ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Key responsibilities Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and arrange all related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations Utilize the GDS to compute costs and ensure quality control for each reservation before ticketing Assist customers with travel changes and special requests, while maintaining productivity goals and fostering positive team communication Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel counselor booking corporate/business travel Experience with Sabre GDS is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels
