We often have multiple openings in the same market. Job Details: Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes:

• Must have 18 months combined permanent experience in the CVICU specialty.
• 18 months recent CVICU experience required (travel experience will suffice).
• Must possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license at the time of submission.
• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications are required.
• An acceptable score on the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation is required.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applying specialty is required for submission. Co-worker references will not be accepted.
• References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
• Required certifications need to be active and in hand at the time of submission; pending certifications will not be accepted.
• Background checks must have no open cases or license hits.
• Nurses and CSTs are exempt from the Nicotine Free Facility Requirements temporarily, but other travelers must be nicotine-free with negative drug screens.
• Important: BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
