A pioneering outpatient theranostics practice is opening a new clinic in Bethesda, Maryland and is looking for an experienced Oncology NP who is passionate about patient care, eager to grow in a cutting‑edge specialty, and excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up. The Practice This is not a high‑volume, revolving‑door oncology practice. The team takes time with every patient, builds long‑term relationships, and operates at the intersection of precision medicine and radiopharmaceutical therapy — one of the fastest‑growing and most impactful areas in oncology today. The hiring physician is an exceptional clinician and teacher, making this a rare opportunity for an NP who wants to deepen their expertise under strong physician mentorship. About the Role You will provide outpatient oncology assessment, treatment planning, follow‑up, and symptom management while collaborating closely with the physician team to coordinate personalized theranostics treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include patient and family education, diagnostic interpretation, EMR documentation, and participation in clinical research and quality improvement activities. Primary location is Bethesda with periodic support at the Glen Burnie clinic.
