We are looking to round out this staffing model with a team of dedicated pediatric intensivists to provide on-call service nights and weekends.### Schedule Structure* Clinical Schedule: To be determined collaboratively with the Medical Director and incoming team* On-Call Structure: Night and weekend call from home* Flexibility: Input into scheduling model and work-life balance priorities### Current Support### Experience* Preferred: Post-fellowship experience in pediatric critical care, also open to recent graduates of a qualified pediatric critical care fellowship program* Preferred: Experience in community PICU settings### Skills & Competencies* Clinical Excellence: Strong clinical skills in pediatric critical care medicine* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with families, staff, and colleagues* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment* Adaptability: Flexibility and resilience in a growing, evolving program* Commitment: Dedication to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement* Culture Builder: Ability to foster a positive, family-centered care environment**Qualifications:**Minimum Education Level* Required: Completion of ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency* Required: Completion of ACGME-accredited Pediatric Critical Care FellowshipMinimum Licensure Requirements* Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.Minimum Certification Requirements* Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)* Required: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)* Required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)* Board certification/Board eligible in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care.*Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
