Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Overview
This position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Child & Adolescent Services, focusing on developing, supervising, and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in treatment plan development, assessment, and reviews; supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians; provide direct therapy when needed; develop behavior plans; manage insurance authorizations and billing; ensure safety and a positive environment; conduct parent meetings; assist in staff hiring and training; and manage caseloads of 5-7 clients based on location.
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in Psychology or related field; BCBA certification; licensure as required; experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder; strong communication skills; ability to lift 50 pounds; and cultural competency.
Additional Information
Responsibilities include safeguarding client health and safety, advocating for individuals, maintaining professional boundaries, and representing the organization positively in the community. The role involves contact with body fluids, with training and vaccinations provided.
