Commercial Service Technician in Houston

In this role, you’ll perform service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC systems—from RTUs to split systems to heat pumps. Responsibilities Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps) Work independently and with project managers on larger projects Qualifications Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record 2–3 years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills for commercial RTUs, split systems, and heat pumps Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans Experience with low-voltage electrical systems EPA Certification Experience with basic control interfaces (thermostats, BAS integration points) Experience working with or around Building Automation Systems is a plus Hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; occasional overtime and weekends required Benefits 100% Paid medical insurance 401(k) with 4% company match 7 paid holidays PTO Company vehicle Gas card Company-provided phone & laptop Compensation $25 - $35 / hr #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
