Role Description The Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator is a Hybrid role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This position is responsible for supporting the firm’s brand visibility and communications activities through the development and distribution of marketing and public relations materials. M&BD and proposal development. Qualifications Strong public relations foundation, including Public Relations, Media Relations, and Press Releases skills. Proficiency in Communication and Strategic Communications for internal and external audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity. Experience creating marketing content for digital and print channels (e.g., website, social media, brochures). Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical team members. Familiarity with the A/E/C (architecture, engineering, construction) industry or professional services marketing is a plus.
