The Welder performs repair MIG welds on warehouse components, ensuring all parts meet quality and production standards. This role focuses on correcting missed welds from robotic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG weld repairs on production parts
• Inspect and correct missed or defective welds
• Read and interpret blueprints for weld specifications
• Maintain production pace while ensuring quality
• Load parts into fixtures or machines as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience with strong weld quality
• Ability to read blueprints
• Able to pass a weld test
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred

• Experience with robotic welding or production equipment
• Experience in manufacturing or fabrication

Production-floor setting with various shifts available (weekday and weekend). Role requires standing for extended periods, working with metal parts, and following standard safety protocols with PPE.

This is a contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
