Your Role and Responsibilities * Discover potential healthcare candidates by utilizing our advanced platform alongside your professional network * Engage with potential candidates to introduce them to opportunities with MLR and assess their interest * Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for in-depth evaluations * Follow up with leads to ensure sustained interest and smoothen the hiring journey * Keep detailed and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system * Provided commissions based on the number of meetings you schedule, interviews generated, and hires made through your connections Your Ingredients for Success * Excellent written and spoken communication skills * A proactive attitude - you control your schedule, not the other way around * Genuine enthusiasm for outreach and the desire to assist individuals in advancing their careers * Previous recruiting experience isn't necessary; if you're organized and resourceful, we'll guide you through the rest Compensation Structure This is a commission-only, performance-related position.
