Daily Responsibilities

* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Engage with leads to maintain enthusiasm and foster the hiring process

* Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful placements resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure
