This role will primarily be conducted remotely, supplemented by occasional in-person meetings as necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of older adults, taking into account their cognitive and emotional health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with elderly clients who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, and cognitive impairments related to aging. A deep understanding of the unique physical, emotional, and social barriers faced by this population is essential to effectively meet their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, particularly with geriatric populations.
