Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

• Engage in ongoing consultation with other healthcare professionals to develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission of all required files.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to ascertain the needs of clients and to monitor progress effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to individual client scenarios.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, striving for excellence and compliance in all services offered.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, establishing and nurturing relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance service accessibility.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
