Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to transforming mental health care through virtual technology. You'll engage with clients via secure telehealth platforms, providing flexibility and access to those who might otherwise face barriers to receiving care. Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients to identify their specific needs and goals, guiding them towards appropriate interventions.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions focusing on emotional well-being, resilience, and coping strategies related to addiction and life transitions.

Our clients span various backgrounds, necessitating a culturally sensitive approach to care. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
