Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, applying your expertise to help enhance their mental health.

• Facilitate client discussions around emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to help them gain insight into their mental health and relationship dynamics.

• Advocate for clients by helping them identify and articulate their personal goals, guiding them toward actionable steps to achieve these goals.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions through thorough evaluations and create tailored treatment plans based on innovative, solution-focused therapies.

• Utilize client management software to maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and progress notes.
\n
• Implement evidence-based practices from your clinical training to ensure effective care.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights into best practices for treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health conditions. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other challenges requiring support. By fostering a safe and trusting remote environment, you will help clients develop coping strategies and the skills necessary to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active independent license to practice in California, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient computer skills for teletherapy tools and electronic case management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting individual therapy sessions using telehealth modalities.

• Strong foundation in clinical methodologies and familiarity with various therapeutic frameworks such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a caseload efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
