This full-time position is fully remote, affording the flexibility to work from your home while being part of a collaborative team environment. Our support systems include integrated technology that streamlines documentation and client relations, enabling you to focus on patient care without administrative burdens. The role provides a structured working schedule, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions via live video calls with individual adult clients, focusing on achieving their mental health treatment goals.

• Collaborate with fellow counselors and a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Utilize automated tools for symptom self-assessment and evaluate client progress through functional improvement metrics, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Engage with clinical leadership during weekly drop-in consultations for guidance and support to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on adult populations, including those confronting significant mental health struggles, elevated risks of suicide, and various psychological conditions. You will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care to diverse individuals, addressing their unique needs while fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, holding valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW from an accredited program.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience, specifically in therapeutic practice with adults and at-risk populations.

• Independently licensed as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least one year, demonstrating competence in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
