• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health status, which may include their history, current challenges, and individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with clients’ therapeutic goals while addressing their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via secure teletherapy platforms, using evidence-based approaches that facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during high-urgency situations, leveraging your expertise to de-escalate crises with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health interventions.

As part of our practice, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health conditions. Our clients reflect a wide range of cultural backgrounds and experiences, requiring a tailored and individualized approach to therapy. Your ability to connect and communicate with clients from different walks of life will be instrumental in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Minimum of three years of experience providing mental health services in a professional setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful connections with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental perspective while supporting clients through their mental health journey.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance a diverse caseload and meet administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in conducting teletherapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth technology.

• Background in crisis intervention and managing urgent mental health concerns.

• Experience with a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, reflecting your experience and caseload management.
