Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing distress, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records that comply with ethical and legal standards using electronic medical record systems.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health are attended to in a collaborative manner.

• Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance therapeutic competencies and remain updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and commitment will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually . As a full-time counselor, you will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend and complimentary access to the platform’s services for personal use while you remain an active counselor.
