Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, using evidence-based techniques to address various mental health concerns.

• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions and experiences, guiding them toward greater self-awareness.

• Act as a client advocate, helping individuals identify and set achievable mental health goals.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate various telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
