Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable individuals with low acuity. This population is seeking support for a range of emotional and psychological challenges, and your role is crucial in providing them with the guidance they need to achieve their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth technology for counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is preferred but not required.

• Background in treating a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with the addition of a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being and professional needs. Weekly direct deposit ensures that your hard work is promptly rewarded.
