Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing both in-person and telehealth modalities to accommodate client preferences.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ histories and create informed treatment plans collaboratively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes within our EHR system, ensuring compliance and clarity while respecting confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultation, facilitating personal and professional development through shared learning and support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other support staff to deliver holistic client care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
