This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while engaging with a diverse clientele across California. As part of our telehealth initiative, you will utilize video conferencing software and electronic medical record systems to conduct therapy sessions and manage clinical documentation. • Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to establish the clinical needs of each patient, tailoring treatment strategies to align with individual challenges and goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices while incorporating feedback from the patient and their support system.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including psychoeducation, group therapy, and individual counseling to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Ensure ongoing crisis management, utilizing evidence-based suicide prevention techniques to keep clients safe and supported.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress and collaborate on care decisions, strengthening the overall effectiveness of our services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation on patient care and treatment progress, adhering strictly to clinical and state requirements to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

• Train and advise staff on best practices in mental health care and emerging therapeutic techniques, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a wide range of clients struggling with various mental health issues. Your role will involve delivering care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing stress, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. You will be focused on providing tailored interventions and fostering healing relationships that empower clients to achieve their personal mental health goals.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and valid LPCC license issued by the State of California is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a counseling or mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using computers, telehealth software, and electronic health records; previous telemedicine experience is highly valued.

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience with crisis intervention and familiarization with trauma-informed care.

• Prior experience working in a remote or telehealth setting.

The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
