About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Global Tax Planning and Transfer Pricing. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a multi-year transformation within the global tax function, with a focus on leading and managing all aspects of the company's international tax planning strategy and transfer pricing policy. This includes the design, implementation, and governance of global transfer pricing, intercompany financing, and global cash tax forecasting. The role also involves overseeing Pillar Two calculations and ensuring global compliance obligations are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive tax experience, including a proven track record in global transfer pricing and controversy programs. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President include strategic tax planning, leading complex enterprise tax projects, and managing the tax implications of global cash movements. The role requires a deep technical tax expertise, exceptional commercial acumen, and the ability to balance opportunity with intelligent risk management. The candidate should be adept at leading and developing a high-performing team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, efficiency, and the use of technology to create lasting value. Experience in a multi-national, matrix-structured organization is preferred, and the role demands a professional with a strategic vision, results orientation, and the ability to influence and build consensus across the organization.
