Test Technician

What Will You Do? Perform tests and troubleshoot performance, leaks, and aesthetics of all Spencer blower and vacuum products. Maintain documentation as per established quality standards and engineering test specification. Perform trim balance. Work with a variety of calibrated gauges not limited to vibration meters, temperature probes, volts, and amps. Set up and break down test fixtures using hoists, forklifts, or other material handling equipment. Work with variable frequency drives. Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Standing, and bending for long periods of time Reading or reviewing documents on a computer Walking throughout the production floor Your Experience Should Be… High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read engineering documentation (drawings, test specifications). Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to use a variety of hand tools. Work independently and as part of a team.
