Role Business Analyst (Functional) Location RTP, NC (Day one onsite) Skill: Manual testing Rate - $55/hr max Client - Cisco

JD: We will have an Oracle Finance domain SME part of the panel from competency. Will schedule a war-room call on a daily basis. Need mandatory attendance from all participants. Below listed are checklists to make sure before sharing the profiles. You can send a rating chart out of all these items out of 5, before sending the profile.

• Whether the profile have 5-6 work experience as functional BA, not IT BA (These may be supporting roles, technical implementation, which we don't need)
• Whether the profile have finance process areas (AP, AR, OM, GL, P2R) captured in their profile and in DETAIL (this is important) Either 1 or 2 in the list should be strong, please get their rating out of 5 for each area.
• Whether the profile worked in Oracle ERP technology as background. They should have mentioned in their profiles.
• Whether the profile have testing experience captured in their profile. This can be secondary, but at least they should have testing exposure.
• Please gather this rating as well out of 5 Communication and confidence to work in large engagements to be there.

More than 10 plus years of finance BA experience working closely with business & IT teams to formulate business requirements to IT roadmaps. Strong functional domain experience and deep understanding in commerce financial process AP, AR, OM, GL, P2R are must. Experience in building BA guidelines, elicitation techniques, managing multiple program tracks. Experience in BAT, UAT with Oracle ERP background would be a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Ability to work with Cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Automation skills would be a plus. qTest/Jira/Any Test management tool experience would be a plus.
