Production Helper

Production Helper Join our team as a Production Helper, working in a dynamic cleanroom/sterile/food environment. This role involves machine operation, sanitation, and quality assurance tasks. Machine operators will create products and ensure machines are running smoothly, while sanitation workers will be responsible for cleaning equipment and moving items. Quality technicians will perform checks on items leaving the machines, ensuring quality standards are met. This position is not suitable for individuals with allergies to wheat, soybean/soy, or dairy. The facility operates in a union environment with opportunities for job movement. Employees are required to adhere to GMP standards, including wearing protective gear and maintaining personal hygiene. Responsibilities Operate machinery to create products and keep machines loaded and running. Perform sanitation duties including cleaning equipment, flooring, and moving items. Conduct quality checks on items, both delivered and picked up from the facility. Adhere to GMP standards, including wearing hair nets, smocks, and protective gear. Communicate with management for potential job movement if current role isn't suitable. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting. Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform tasks requiring constant movement. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in food environments is preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing is required. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maumee, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
