The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level strategic development and daily operations, with a focus on determining land allocation for future projects, analyzing housing ratios, and overseeing the entire development lifecycle from land acquisition to the final hand-off to construction teams. This role requires a visionary leader who can take ownership of the development process and ensure that it is in line with the company's overall strategy. The Executive Director will be instrumental in building a roadmap for future phases of development and must be adept at managing the end-to-end process to meet the organization's goals.
