Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)   Work Experience:

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to identify challenges affecting daily activities and independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve self-care, motor skills, sensory processing, and functional performance.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and training to help patients perform daily living, educational, and work-related activities effectively.
• Educate patients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve rehabilitation goals and optimize outcomes.

License:
Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of WA .   Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
