NOW HIRING: FTTH TECHNICIANS – IMMEDIATE NEED Location: Massillon, Ohio Position Type: 1099 Contractor Top Earners Make: Up to $650/day Most Techs Average: $320–$450/day

We are actively seeking Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) Technicians to join our expanding team in Massillon, Ohio. If you’re experienced with fiber drop installation and fusion splicing, or eager to learn with the right work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

Install fiber drops from the terminal to the customer’s home

Perform fusion splicing on-site

Ensure clean, quality installations that meet our standards

Complete accurate testing and documentation

What We Offer:

✅ Requirements:

Valid driver's license is required

Must be able to pass a background check

Basic tools preferred (we can help source gear if needed)

Previous fiber or low voltage experience is a plus

Willingness to work independently and professionally

Strong communication and time management skills
