Manufacturing Supervisor (Day Shift)

Hyve Solutions seeks a detail‑oriented, hands‑on Manufacturing Supervisor to manage all aspects of quality‑control production, ISO compliance, and departmental best practices in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Supervise one department or shift, overseeing 2+ direct reports. Ensure ongoing ISO‑compliant and cost‑effective manufacturing of specific products or sub‑products. Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply. Plan and administer procedures; develop schedules and manpower requirements for the area. Identify and solve problems of moderate scope, exercising judgment within defined procedures and policies. Interact daily with subordinates, functional peers, and present factual information as needed. Provide direct supervision to professional or skilled/semi‑skilled non‑exempt employees. Qualifications Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
