Director of Construction - Multifamily

An LA multifamily GC has acquired a master plan community in the Central Belt and is breaking ground in 2026 on the first of multiple phases in the community.

Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.

The first phase consists of about 300, garden-style, 3-story, slab-on-grade apartments.

I am looking for a Director of Construction who is local in the Central Coast or willing to relocate there this year. xhyhwjd

You will receive a strong basic salary (up to $225,000) + full benefits and be eligible for a highly competitive annual bonus and an end of project bonus.
