AR Supervisor

Job Title: AR Supervisor Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 Job Description Responsibilities Oversee daily accounts receivable functions, including billing, cash application, and collections. Monitor aging reports and manage past-due accounts, escalating issues when necessary. Drive collection efforts to support cash flow and DSO goals. Lead, coach, and develop AR team members. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and deductions. Prepare and analyze AR reports to improve performance and working capital. Identify process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support system enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8 years of accounts receivable or collections experience. 2–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit, and cash application. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills. Ability to analyze data, manage risk, and drive process improvements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
