Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and sexual misconduct.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through resolution or trial.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including those involving corporate representatives and expert witnesses.
• Handle written discovery, document production, and discovery disputes.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
