Rite of Passage in Idaho Springs seeks a Part-Time Youth Mentor to provide around-the-clock supervision and safety for at-risk male youth ages 18–20. The role involves addressing physical, personal and health needs through individual counseling, and helping youths develop behavioral, social, physical and educational skills while fostering a supportive environment for growth.
